History

BLH Computers Inc. was originally formed in 2000 to provide a source for parts and used computers at competitive prices. Headquartered in Springfield, IL with 63,000 sq. ft. of warehouse space, our shipping and corporate offices, and houses a 26 bay onsite computer repair and electronic repair facility. In addition to computer sales, laptop sales, and recycling service, we also provide computer screen repair, virus removal services, and micro-soldering for our customers. With additional locations in Taylorville, IL and Jacksonville, IL, BLH Computers is able to provide retail and repair services throughout Central and Southern Illinois.

Today

The majority of all products that are recycled by BLH Computers remain in North America. As a division of USMe, BLH Computers has been a NAID (National Association of Information Destruction) member since 2010 and holds e-Stewards, ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001, and ITAR certifications ensuring that all material is destroyed and recycled responsibly up to our accrediting agencies’ standards. Our warehouse holds thousands of laptops, monitors, computers, and printers at any given time. We offer refurbished computers and parts for sale, in addition to networking and computer repair services. All electronic components that are unable to be refurbished or resold is sent directly to USM, and USMe for recycling. This achieves our vertical integration goals by utilizing each division to provide higher returns for our customers with the advantage of centralizing each step of the process. With our “give back to the community program,” we have donated more than $100,000 in computers to local schools, churches, and charities.
